RandomizeIT®


RandomizeIT® allows sites to enroll, screen fail, randomize, and terminate subjects in clinical trials using either a Web browser or a telephone. Users have two portals (telephone and Internet) to permit entry of site data.

Sponsors and monitors can view and print enrollment logs and randomization data online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the RandomizeIT® Web site. Randomization confirmations can also be sent via email and by fax if requested.

RandomizeIT® permits sponsors to:
  • Track study metrics (including dates of visits and disposition codes)
  • Distribute medication kits and laboratory kits to sites based on enrollment
  • Pay sites based on up-to-date study logs which may enhance subject recruitment
  • Uses CompleWare unified user log on
  • Is compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for electronic records
