We are seeking a Software Requirements Analyst for our office in North Liberty, Iowa.  The successful candidate will play a key part in gathering requirements for the creation and new additions to software products. Responsibilities include creating, editing, coordinating and maintaining materials for our line of software products; including requirement specifications, testing materials, help files, reference materials, online documentation, training materials, and product development life cycle.

 

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in communications, computer science or related field from a four year college or university, two years related experience and/or training in validation, gathering requirements, and technical writing, preferably in a health care or service related environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Supervisory and/or management experience preferred.

 

The successful candidate will have a positive work history, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to follow direction, assess Company needs and work independently.  Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to learn Company specific software.  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.  Completion of Iowa's National Career Readiness Certificate is recommended (Kirkwood 319-398-7194).

We are seeking a detail oriented Project Administrator that has exceptional organizational skills for our office in North Liberty, Iowa.  The successful candidates will fill a critical role in the day-to-day operations of project management and accurately and competently administers activities regarding assigned studies.  Responsibilities include the end of study document archival, maintaining study files, creating and distributing study documents, and assisting with coordination of site correspondence and activities.

 

Qualifications include a BA or BS degree in business or related field from a four year college or university, two years related experience and/or training in clinical trial, pharmaceutical, or research environments, preferably in a health care or service related environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Supervisory and/or management experience preferred.

We are seeking detail oriented, entry level Project Assistants that have exceptional organizational skills for our office in North Liberty, Iowa.  The successful candidates will fill a critical role in assisting the Project Management team with the processing of project-related activities, including preparing and shipping packages; tracking shipments; documenting and filing correspondence; archiving data and forms; researching questions or issues; and proof-reading documents.

 

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or current pursuit of degree in business or related field from a four-year college or university, prefer related experience and/or training in clinical trials, office administration and customer service, preferably in a health care or service related environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
